RATES, INSURANCE AND POLICIES

Rates:

$160 Diagnostic Evaluation, 50 Min

$160 Individual Psychotherapy, 50 Min

$240 Individual Psychotherapy, 80 Min

$320 Individual Psychotherapy, 110 Min

80 and 110 minute sessions can be helpful in creating change within a shorter period of time. 

Hours and Availability:

I see clients Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:30-2:30 p.m. I offer both teletherapy and in-person sessions. As an outpatient counselor I do not provide more than once per week appointments and am not an on-call or crisis therapist. My schedule may not be a fit for those requiring a more intensive schedule or needing a higher level of care.

Health Insurance:

I currently accept the following insurances: Aetna and United. I am paneled with Cigna/Evernorth but, I am not currently accepting new clients with this insurance. I am not currently accepting employee assistance program (EAP). 

Many clients opt out of using their health insurance for various reasons. If your insurance is not listed, you can ask your insurance carrier about out of network benefits as they may reimburse a percentage of your session. Superbills (detailed invoices with diagnostic code) can be provided for out of network benefit reimbursement. I strongly believe everyone should have access to affordable quality care and do my best to help clients utilize their benefits if they prefer to do so. Please be aware that If your insurance denies or doesn't pay your claim within 6 months after initial claim filing you may be responsible for the full self-pay rate of the session(s). This is due to the amount of administrative time it takes to contact and work with insurance companies.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

I respect your time and appreciate client's understanding and agreement to my policies. Upholding and respecting these policies helps me to serve my clients the best way possible. Do not schedule or agree to appointments if you are unable to make the necessary commitment to that day/time. There is a strict 24-business hour cancellation fee for all appointments regardless of reason for cancellation. If a client cancels within 24-business hours there is a $90 late cancellation fee and  full rate fee if the session is scheduled for longer than 50 minutes. If a client fails to show or cancel the appointment, the client is responsible for the full self-pay rate of the session. If there are continued cancellations, late cancellations or no shows the clinician will discuss alternatives to scheduling (if applicable) and/or the client may be discharged. 

Good Faith Estimate:

Payment is due at the time of service.  Cash, check, major credit cards, and health savings accounts are accepted.
