About Me

Hello, I'm Tiffany Lowther, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (MH13737). Guiding individuals towards healing and growth is my lifelong passion. Certified in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health, I use evidence-based modalities to work with adults and businesses. I feel honored to engage with clients, groups, and businesses, learning more about who they are and what they need. I love my career and hope to be a part of your journey.

My specialties include Women’s Issues, Anxiety, Substance Use, Stress Management, Life Changes and Transitions, Trauma, PTSD, Pregnancy, as well as Pregnancy and Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Additionally, I am an ally to the LGBTQI+ community.

I earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Minor in Women's Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2009, followed by a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in 2013. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR, my diverse experience encompasses speaking on various mental health topics, leading diverse groups, working as an adjunct professor at Valencia College, and participating on different panels. With over a decade of experience, I've worked with multiple populations, group private practice and in all levels of care including: outpatient, detox, intensive outpatient, and residential settings for those struggling with substance use, trauma and mental health.

I helped found Central FL Postpartum Alliance in 2017 and currently serve as secretary on the board. I’m also a member of Postpartum Support International and the EMDR Institutional Association. For over a decade, I've been advising Chi Omega Fraternity at Rollins College. My commitment to fostering healing and connection drives my professional journey. I look forward to being a part of your path to well-being.
